The polar chill has set in, and i hope if you're in the vortex, you're staying nice and warm! I'm in my office working on the newest Littlemoon book and answering emails from my readers.

I'm back to work, and I'm up to my neck in some sexy Croft antics. I love when i can start a new year with a bunch of mob men trying to do the right thing. It sets the pace for the new year.
Enough about my 3 A.M. fun.
It's a new year, and of course, we are going to drop some books right out of the gate.
It's time for two more FBI books. There is one more for Valentine's Day, and then there won't be anymore FBI books until June, so savor, savor, savor. It's time to check back in with the other couples, and i can promise they will be raring to go.

As for this week, you have two fun ones. We're going to meet Casanova. He's cuckoo, sick, sadistic, and not someone you'd want to meet on a blind date. Trust me. He's a wackadoo if there ever was one.

All Elizabeth wanted was a vacation.
Oh, and you'll notice there is a note before this one starts. This book actually takes place BEFORE the Christmas ones, but because I wasn't planning a Christmas release in 2018 (and then spoiled you all rotten) it was already planned and written for 2019. So, this book is the vacation they take right after the carnival crazy.

If that wasn't enough, there's a followup book the very next day. Who wants to leave Callen and Ethan out of the fun? Not I! So, on Friday, you'll have Cause of Death, but on Saturday, you'll have Time of Death.

January Reading...

Happy almost Thanksgiving to my American readers!

That time of the year is here, and we are getting ready to have ourselves a feast! First and foremost, from my family to yours, happy Thanksgiving!!!

It's the holidays here, again, and we're about to start celebrating our thankfulness, so from the bottom of my heart, let me thank you for the wonderful year! This year, we broke some big-time records. We killed them! 

As of Dec 14th and 15th, when the next two FBI books come out, we will have released 16 books this year! That's staggering. When you do the math, that's 3 million words. I didn't think i had that many in me! 

Clearly, i did! 

So, first and foremost, thank you team. I am blessed with editors and a great book cover designer. All of them put up with my crazy, and that is no easy task. 

I am so lucky. 

If that wasn't enough, then you have my amazing fans who send me coffee mugs, notes of encouragement, and all of the things that make me smile. You buy my books, beg for more, and keep me doing what i do best. 

KILL. 

So, without you, too, this year wouldn't have been possible. We rocked it out! We hit bestseller CONSISTENTLY, and even #1 more times than i could count. You've spoken, and you made it clear that you guys love the FBI books, the Hunter series, the Littlemoons, and the Croft Mob. Since we go by reviews, that's going to be our bulk of next year. 

So, if your favorite series isn't showing up next year, get your reviews done! That's the only way i know if you like a book.

Oracle, Oracle, where for art thou, Oracle?

I posted this on my FB page, but a lot of you aren't on it, so here you go. I'm addressing the Oracle series, and what's going on. 

Quite a few of you have asked if there was going to be another Oracle book, and the answer is simply, I don't know.
Why?
I have plans for our characters, but the other series aren't there yet. In order for me to give them their happily ever after, I need to have everything align perfectly.
I don't end a series without careful thought and consideration, and I do not want to rush into it just to release a book, so I'm going to ask you all to be patient with me. There is an ending coming, but I'm not a 'kill them all and get it over with it' kind of girl. I love a HEA, and I want to give Avalon, Maura, Jagger, etc that ending. So, the book scheduled for this Feb will NOT be coming out. As I sat down to write it, it didn't feel right. As many of you know, I WILL NOT release a book unless I love it 10000%. I'm not loving this. It feels like the easy way out for me, and I don't do cop-out.
I know some of you love Oracle, and I get it. I do, but in order to be true to my process, and to the story in my head, it has to wait. I'm sorry that some of you will be disappointed, but out of 80 books I've written, and the 15 more next year, it doesn't feel right to write it because I feel guilty for not being ready to end their story.
I can give you crap and write it off, or I can give you the best story that you, and the characters, deserve. Writing it just to write it feels horribly wrong, and I won't go there.
So, I will be replacing Feb's book with another. As to the book, I have no idea.

Any suggestions?

Again, I apologize to the Oracle fans, but her story isn't ready yet, and I don't half-ass a plot just to appease. That's not how I roll, and I wouldnt' respect myself after the fact.

I hope you all understand. I just don't want to deliver a fast book that appeases the sense of closure and nothing else. I believe Oracle deserves a better ending, and a better shot at a future. So, until I feel like it's perfect, you guys won't get it. 

Again, i'm sorry. I'm from the school of thought that you deliver the best or you don't deliver it. In 80 books, i've never put out a book i didn't love. With this installment of Oracle, i'm not happy with it, and i don't feel like i can do it justice. 

So, she's shelved for now. Fear not, they will appear again, and possibly in other series. They just need a break.

A very long summer...

Happy almost fall!

I am so glad the summer is coming to a close. It has been one heck of a ride. It has also been nonstop work, and i'm glad to say I survived. While I had to cancel my vacation the last two weeks to do editing (We lost the proofreader on the team) I have finally survived the writing marathon.

Here I am.
On the other side.
What's that mean for you guys?
Well, it means the LIttlemoon book this Friday.
It means an FBI book in October.
A crossover in November with a side of sexy anthology.
December will get you all hot and bothered as you cozy up to two FBI books. Part one will be the flashback ,and part two will be the present day.
They are all done, completed, and starting editing.

At the end of this month, i'll be back to writing and working on another two FBI books. The flashback and the present day. They will be for January.
February is Oracle. Will there be a valentine's book?
Maybe.
We have to see the workload. Now that i'm required to do a round of editing, again, due to losing our proofreader, I have less time to write. I'm losing a week a month to do that job now. So, sadly, that has to come from somewhere.
So, maybe 2 books in Feb. Maybe one.

I had planned to drop the new Tueur series this Christmas, but again, when you lose a team member, everyone else has to pick up the slack. Rachel and I are at our max when it comes to editing. Maybe next Christmas :)

March will be our Crofty friend back with his mob family, and he will have some new clients.

April will be the Littlemoons, back with more stories, and scary moments. I will tell you that this Friday's book IS A CLIFFHANGER. There was no way to write it without one. So, for my couple reviewers who slam me because I do cliffhangers...I apologize in advance. It is what it is.

May will have the Hunters back, and they are working on finishing their job for the FBI. Will Apology be their final case? We'll find out.

June will be an FBI book and it's going to be an interesting one. I can promise you that.

July--- I haven't decided yet. I think the series that gets the most reviews through Christmas will get that July spot.

August will be back to Mr. Croft. Will Dimitri ever get married? That's the question that we'll all be focused on.

September is back to school, and back to the Littlemoons.

October...Halloween is ELizabeth's favorite holiday. So, she gets this month.

That's all I've planned out, so we'll see what happens in Nov and Dec.
Will the Hunters be around for more books?
Will there be a new series?
I guess you'll have to wait and see.
